I am running this $13 Lenovo P300 motherboard right now. Running nicely with 16GB of DDR3 1600 and a GTX 770 that I got from a buddy.

You'll need a 24-pin power adapter, a CPU cooler with a backplate, and an HD Audio to Lenovo adapter to make it work, but those can be had on the cheap.
