Edit 1/19: Sold

I have an approximately 20 year old Klipsch Promedia 2.1 system. They have been used (you know what I mean!) and still work great! The foam surround on the sub gave outa few weeks ago (dry rot), I recently replaced the foam surround and tested it out, it kicks like new again. This is the system that has the transformer in it, not the newer transformerless digital amp. I've upgraded my PC speaker setup so I don't need these anymore. They will be shipped in original packaging.

Edit: They have minimal to no scratchiness on volume knob from dust, I used an air duster to blow into volume knob area and that cleared up the scratchiness. I figured I'd give it a try before replacing the pod.

Love the Klipsch speakers. Had those when they first released and they were amazing at the time for computer speakers (and still are), and eventually got a set of the Promedia 5.1 Ultras that I'm still rocking to this day, even when the amp blew I sent it off to an electronic repair shop who replaced a bunch of components and they are rocking louder than ever.

Man if I had the room, I'd be so on these. But it's PC parts packrat central as is :-D

Great speakers bump!

I upgraded to Klipsch RP-41M bookshelf speakers (Black Friday special) and now the only thing missing is a sub to round out the sound, otherwise the new speakers rock pretty [H]ard!

These are great! I've had them for about 12 years and everyone once in awhile I buy some new speakers, then return them because they aren't any better. Dead reliable too, except for the power cord, which I had to get fixed (was like 10 or 15 bucks on Ebay).

Bump for awesome speakers -- I have the newer ones on my office PC and they are excellent.
