I wish this game was like Firefall I like the soundtrack but so afraid to pick it up.
EA should considering porting more games to Steam.
I mean Jedi Fallen Order hit like a wildfire in Alaska.

Got battlefront though.
Mirrors edge is tempting but backlog is killing me..
 
If you have played the first mirrors edge, catalyst is just a rehash of the first game.

I tried, I really did, but it's so fucking monotonous with the planet colonization and trying to figure out where the main story is that I just gave up. Coming from someone who's replayed the Mass Effect trilogy at least 4 times. Not to mention you just don't care for ANY of the characters. Everyone looks like a doofus and the dialogue is cringe worthy.

Yet? The last patch is 1.10, and that was released 2.5 years ago in July 2017. The last update for multiplayer was a year ago in November 2018.

6 bucks i give it a spin anyway.....god i so much loved ME1 and 2! I would pay full price for ME1 and 2 redux done right:(
 
I somehow have Origin Access Basic, think I read someone else post on here wondering how they have it too and someone else said they give it to you free for a month or so if you activate 2-factor authentication, which I may have done before but it's not making me authenticate with my phone or e-mail every time I log in either.

The prob is that I don't see the option to buy these games that are included with Origin Access now so that I still have them after it expires. I guess I have to cancel my membership just so I can buy these games on sale now?

think they gave it free to everyone this month...it was a little confusing to buy but yea you still can. I was wondering if i had to cancel it as well...but i didnt.

Usually it's an orange drop-down box menu near the top of the page for the game, you should be able to see purchasing options from there.
 
First time play through of ME A , right near the ending ........... and I have enjoyed the
game..

I would give it a 8 out of 10 rating ...... only encountered one bug.......... the lost save bug......
but just loaded another save . I think the game is 99% bug free, nice long and interesting game.

I did end up skipping alot of minor side missions , tasks ........

Hope the new ME game is at least as good as ME A........
 
Got Battlefront 2 and just playing the campaign and so far it's playing like ass on my 2080; enabled DX12 and getting wildly varying frame rate; 10-100 at times, but mostly around or under 30 on Ultra quality preset at 3440x1440. Guru3D says they were getting 130 FPS average on their 2080.. so now I get to figure out wtf is going on. This shit is why I don't mind consoles sometimes, as I hate spending 30+ mins trying to troubleshoot and figure out why a game isn't running properly instead of actually playing it. :mad:

Edit: Mostly fixed it by going back to DX11, but I'm still only getting around 100 FPS compared to most reviewers getting 130+ on a 1080ti or 2080 at launch of the game on DX12, then even higher on DX11. So I'm not sure what's going on unless they patched the game to either make it more demanding or less efficient in rendering somehow.
