How to get into asus laptop bios or boot usb drive?!

Asus TUF FX505DV-PB74 (Ryzen 3750H + RTX 2060)

To get into the bios, all I can find is Windows -> Settings -> Recovery -> Reboot -> Troubleshoot -> Advanced -> Enter UEFI. Surely there must be a faster way. What if Windows isn't booting/working to use this method? => ugh, hold F2, *then* turn laptop on, and keep holding F2. Don't press rapidly like a PC, just hold.

To boot a live OS or memtest ISO on usb ... I haven't figured it out yet. => No boot time key, just F2 into bios then F8 to jump to boot menu while in bios, eh.

Holding F9 opens Windows menu. Holding F3 seems to disable the keyboard.

does that green mean you figured it out? some laptops now have a little button to press that boots it into bios, usually on the side. saw it on a lenovo last...
