Apologies if this is the wrong section, I just registered to post this.

So I finally did the jump from an ancient i7 930 and Sabertooth x58m to a Ryzen 7 3800X and a X570 Gaming Edge Wifi Figured it was a good mobo. Extra stuff too but these are the important bits.

So how do I go about switching Motherboard and CPU without reinstalling Windows 10? I heard removing all drivers relating to Intel like chipsets and stuff; excluding mouse and keyboard drivers, shut down, replace, restart and it'll detect new hardware and just replace 'em?

Otherwise, can someone lead me in the right direction?

Just make sure you have backups of everything you don't want to lose.

yeah just uninstall the intel drivers and probably any realtek drivers you have installed just in case then shut down swap drives reboot and install new drivers.. one of my boot OS drives has been through 2 different intel and 2 different AMD systems without any issues. unlike windows xp and older all the newer windows do a lot better job handling hardware changes to the point were you really don't even need to uninstall the drivers but it only takes a couple minutes to get rid of them so might as well.

You most likely wont need to do anything at all. I've found Win10 to be very accommodating when making such a change.
