i mean, hell i don't even want to play a game that i have to spend any money to have a good character!!? The coolest games are the ones where your character is already cool from the beginning and just keeps getting cooler and more bad ass while you play, oh and all the stuff to make you more bad ass is free because it's PART OF THE GAME and the whole point of playing it !!

And I thought being a top tier founder for MWO was a lot of money.....
I guess this is why in app purchases are popular, people spend a shitload of money for them.
 
This whole premise hinges on the assumption that there is an even bigger pathetic sack of meat out there who would be willing to buy the character for more than 1.4 million.
