Yes. On the steam store page it shows windows mixed reality support.
 
That domain was registered like 2 weeks ago. It is a scam site for sure.

Had a coworker fall for a similar scam with a rifle optic that was priced too good to be true from a no name website that appeared to sell clothes lol.

If you are new to VR then odyssey is probably fine. Downsides compared to others like Rift are smaller screen sweet spot and less reliable controller tracking
