I have one of these cards.

They're pretty good performers, but driver support is limited to Windows 9x. There are Windows 2000/XP drivers, but they're alpha quality and have some serious bugs that cause glitches in games.

I still have mine, too. First AGP card I ever bought. 64MB version. Slayed so much in Counter Strike on it.

What a rare sight.
