The QVO drives dip in performance after a certain amount of data in a sustained transfer - something related to cache size I believe.

That's what I kinda remember too, but don't remember the source. The warranty on this is also less at 3yrs vs 5yrs on the evo.

Has to do with the "Turbo Write" thing. It looks like the QVO performance drops significantly while the EVO doesn't. Still, unless you're doing massive sustained write functions, you probably wouldn't notice a huge difference.
