Only concern would be:
A) is the PSU resealed and something else (unlikely but you never know with local sales)
B) how many TBW usage on the 970
C) making sure the ram is functional (if you can get a copy of the receipt of purchase these have lifetime warranty)

Pretty decent deal, below are rough prices new.
970 evo ~ $90
850 P2 ~ $185
Trident ~ $ $175

hey Thx for the reply, i spoke with the guy some, he said they all brand new factory seal he bough for a build but never did got around to do it , ill ask about the receipt, my concern is the same as your are they functional but if they are factory seal well maybe that's a good sign

No reason not to believe him, I would agree to purchase provided I can open them to verify the contents/parts match the boxes when you purchase them.

There may be better value parts available than those ones as you probably don't need a 850w platinum PSU.
Do you need 32GB RGB RAM? or would you be better of with 16GB of RAM that can OC. Although that kit will if it is c14 not c16.
Adata 8200 PRO is a good value alternative to the 970 evo.
