Hi, I just ordered G-Skill RIPJAWS V 16GB RAM with following model number.
F4-4000C18D-16GVK

Now I ordered it because it is cheapest RAM over 3600MHZ in my country ( approx $115USD for 16GB ). I searched on google for this specific model but couldnt find much info.Is this b-die? and 18-22-22 good timing on 4000mhz RAM? I currently have 2400mhz vengeance which runs at 3000MHZ 16-15-15 on my Ryzen 3600 system so its definitely an upgrade. But I am excited, if this B-die, then I might have hit jackpot at this price, atleast in my country.

Run it through Thaiphoon burner it will tell you what it is. B-die isn't really worth the premium with the 3XXX series CPU's. Pretty much any decent Micron or Hynix modules will tighten up with them. I have Hynix CJR at 3600mhz Cas 16 right now.

I know about Thaiphoon burner, but I haven't yet received the RAM. I have ordered it and waiting for it to get delivered. Given that all other 3200mhz and higher RAM priced higher than this, this was a steal! Not sure why they selling this at this price.

It seems like Micron E, but I havent heard of any Micron chips on G-Skill Memory. There is not much info available about this RAM. I am excited to find out more info on this one.

Theres a good chance it is but you wont know for sure until you run thaiphoon burner.
If your unhappy with it keep an eye out for patriot viper steel series ddr4 4000 and 4133. Both are b die and are really cheap right now in the states.

If micron I would have thought that it would be certified for some AM4 MB not just Z370,Z390 which suggests it is a older kit and that would make it b die.
You are right though and the timings do look more like micron.
