Hey guys. Looking for a power adapter for a Dell Inspiron XPS Gen 2 laptop. I know I can find one on flebay for 20 bux, but figured one of you bruthers has one collecting dust in box. Hit me back!

Looking for:

Model: PA-13
130W
19.5V
6.7A

you can find a new one on amazon for like 12 bucks

had to get one for my sister a yr or so ago .. it works perfect..but make sure your issue is the adapter .. the batteries in those older dells do not last long ..they take only so many charging cycles .. and yea you may wanna do the battery too ..but an aftermarket one ..the dell ones are overpriced

Here is one on eBay for $15 shipped:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Genuine-De...ADAPTER-PA-1131-02D-9Y819-09Y819/183939564703

And one for $14 shipped:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Dell-19-5V...er-PA-13-NADP-130AB-D-130W-X7329/254345134097

Shipping for one of those is probably going to be around $8-$9 at least (If they buy shipping through Paypal) so even if somebody on here has one, they are going to pretty much be giving it to you for anything less than $20 shipped.

Also, the model of the power supply matters not one bit with Dell laptops. Just as long as it has the correct wattage and plug style.

That being said, some of the newest Dell laptops do not recognize some of the really old power adapters. But I am talking 10-12 year old power adapters with a brand new laptop.

Roger that! Yeah I figured i have to do the battery as well. Working from the bottom up. I already have an SSD and 2Gb of ram for it.

Yup, those are the same exact ones I have in my cart. Just thought someone here might've had one laying around (for cheeeper ;-)) before I go to flebay. Thanks!

If anyone is in the Chicago area (or OP is), go by the goodwill store in Deerfield as they always have TONS of oem adapters for 99 cents. I would check if I have a spare, but I should be in bed right now and have an early morning flight. But if you haven't found it by the 17th, ping me and I'll check if the one I'm not using is the right model number. (y)

Well this looks like a lost cause. Thx to those that checked for me.
