EVGA SR-2.
Everything works. No box or manuals, just bare mobo with a brand new I/O backplate. Very good condition and clean. As you can see, the SR-2 heatsink fan still has the clear plastic covering the fan.
It also comes with 48GB of ECC memory, dual Xeon E5620 with a HSF that im not sure the make of but they look like a Dynatron style HSF. I can swap the Xeons for a pair of X5670 for a little extra if interested.

I also have an EVBot unit that I was looking to use on this mobo, very hard to find in this condition, it comes with the box and all.

At the moment there is only 1 SR-2 on the flee that has no memory, CPUs or extra accessories. You can check out the price to compare.

I am asking $500 for everything including shipping which is a ton for the size of this package.

I am looking to trade (plus money when needed) for the following:

-Threadripper waterblock, XSPC or Heatkiller only.
-360mm rad
-Waterpump
-2080ti
- High end Threadripper mobo

Nice! I still have 4 of these setting collecting dust on a shelf somewhere.

What case was it fitted into?

What's OCN?
Well not sure if you will be able to see the post if you aren't familiar with the site. Overclock.net Most people refer to it as OCN. Here is his post but like I said you may not be able to see the marketplace area if not a registered user with the qualifications to buy/sell being met that they require. I saw your PM so will drop him a line also for you.

Good luck with sale. Legendary board and the evbot combo makes it one of the coolest, rarer pieces of modern computing history imho. Wish I had a home for it.

Thank you.

Yes it was that one piece of equipment I was never able to buy at retail prices and so I always had that itch of one day owning it and finally I was able to do so but it is time to move on.

I'm trying to finance a threadripper build so this has to go.

E5620 - 4 cores 8 threads 2.4 ghz boost to 2.6ghz

X5670 - 6 cores 12 threads 2.93ghz boost to 3.33ghz

Ah, so you didn't OC at all? I had a couple similar setups back in the day that were primarily used for folding, unusual to have an SR-2 and not push clocks given the wide variety of server boards available for cheap stock clocks?

No I did.

The chips that I'm offering with the board have never been pushed.

I used X5660 and I tried some X5690 as well when I wanted to see how much I can get out of these nice overclockable Xeons and I went up to 4.2ghz

Very nice, I'm sorely tempted as I still have the case big enough but will probably have to watch someone else buy. In any case, GLWS!

The board doesn't officially support 96GB but people have successfully done it. I don't have a way to test it though. This is all the memory I have
