yea but you'll spend an extra $55 for 2x16 gb kits to drop 2ms latency from 67 to 69? you'll never see or feel that difference. (if you want or need 32gb. I run 64gb due to heavy DAW workloads)
 
Has anyone used this on a Ryzen system?
I've always had bad luck with Patriot memory and AMD.
 
I don't trust anything but Samsung B-Die at this point with Ryzen. And these Patriot sticks are not that.

Not the case with zen 2. I have micron e die and they OC damn good on there. I Also have B die. It’s pretty much plug and play now.
 
Looking for the Amazon listing seem son that 4000 and 4400 sticks are B-Die or im wrong?

That's just silly. There's no reason to believe that there will be any issues with over RAM modules, especially at this point as Ryzen has matured. Even gen 1 ryzen doesn't really have any memory issues as the BIOS have matured.
Any idea what modules these are?
