Barrow fittings question

This may be a stupid question but I bought these fittings for my new build
http://www.performance-pcs.com/barr...d-rigid-tubing-compression-fitting-white.html

The fittings came with 2 identical o-rings. Is one just a spare or do these fittings use 2 to compress the rigid tube on to the fitting. My rigid revolvers only came with and required one o-ring to compress the tube. TIA
They ship with spares. One of the many reasons I like Barrow. I gathered mine all up in a ziplock bag and stashed it in the wire management area of my case.

Actually you use both of them. One goes on the tubing so that the outer piece pushes it down as its screwed tight and the other goes on the bottom of the barb piece. Its a dual o ring fitting. They are supposed to help with leaks. Obviously you dont have to use both but it can help.
Ive got byski fittings that have 3 orings. Theres a diagram if you page down that show how they seal.

Are you referring to the green ring in the diagram when you say the one on the "bottom of the barb piece"? Because that ring comes installed on the fitting already and it's definitely not optional...

No where the tubing seals the fitting. On the byski diagram it would be the first oring from the green one.

You mean the bottom of the three black rings? Those all came preinstalled in all of my Barrow fittings as well.

Bykski may be different, but with Barrow, all the o-rings come preinstalled in the base piece. For a three-ring like the one you show, each Barrow package will have six rings in it - one installed on the base, three installed in the pocket, one to put around the tube, and one spare.

The barrow fittings I showed apear to have 2 o-rings(maybe three, its hard to tell) pre-installed in the fitting, one pre-installed on the barb, and two identical loose rings that can only fit on a tube, they are too large for inside the fitting. At first I thought it may be a rubber washer and ring, but no. So it must be a spare.

The o-rings that came with my Barrow fittings fit both inside the fitting and the outside of the tubing. I had to replace one of the internal ones and the loose o-ring fit in there perfect. Thankful they came with extra. Good fittings for the money.
