8086K CPU Delidded and not resealed for TIM re-application purposes (has TIM on it to protect die from IHS.)

Have the original box and everything that came with it, sticker unused.

Yep works great, delid allows for better TIM paste, can be installed on motherboard without resealing IHS with glue because bracket will hold it in place. I ran it at 5.3Ghz before just to test it but settled on 5.1 because I didn't want to abuse it. Your results may very because there are so many variables.

On water or air? If water were you using a legit bespoke setup or a CLC?
 
If anyone buys this and wants a rocket cool copper IHS I have a spare one for 8th gen that I can sell you for ten bucks shipped.
