POWERCOLOR Radeon RX 5700 XT Red Devil arrives August 13th

Right now this looks like the current front runner for what I'll be picking up.
 
if it comes in at 440 i might consider it, right now it's between this card and the pulse but GNSteve mentioned on his stream that they're trying to get a nitro+ version to test so maybe that's coming soon as well.
 
Is PowerColor any good? Back when I was shopping last time in 2011 PowerColor was not considered a great card.

there able to cool their cards with the smallest amount of noise for a very long time now (3 fan coolers) aside from that AMD cards performance are designed to be in same ball park (per AMD)

They are among the top now. They gained popularity from the affordable Red Dragon Vega 56 for sure.
