A return to AMD after 13 years

OK, wow, yeah. That map is terrible at the 4 way crossroad right at the beginning part (take a right out of the bunker). Stutter city. Seems to be the shadows. Use partial shadows or disable them completely and the frame rate is fine. Unless the problem you see is somewhere else?

You chose wisely...should have no stability issues at 4.2...and not gonna worry about a few frames and a millsecond of frame timing.

Seeing as it is a mod, it might be worthwhile to bring the issue to the developer's attention so he can look at it. It could be there is a relatively simple fix to the issue the devekoper could put into the mod itself were he made aware of it...

Hey, I remember you presenting this previously, it's a neat idea- do you have updated tests for Zen 2?

I do not. But the principle remains the Same between the the different zen cpu's
Cross CCX communication is slow and thread goings to the same physical cores due to SMT are ajitectural "issues" still being present
The SMT issue has been an issue since the first core i7 aka its not a per chip issue but native issues from the architecture decision

Reducing shadow detail did fix it, new version of the game is coming soon anyway that might or might not break mods anyway.
