Picked up an APU.

Looking for:

Motherboard - Mini-iTx Ryzen
DDR4 RAM - 3000MHz or 3200MHz, 8GB Total Minimum, Dual channel Only, (2 sticks)
SSD - Possibly 240GB or above.

If you're not dead set on Intel 4xxx plus I have a HP Pro 3500 motherboard and i5-3470 for $50+ship
 
I'm going to have a cheap haswel i3 combo to get rid of in a week or two when I put my ryzen build together. Just the mobo/ram/cpu. I have some Gpu's I could include, but they're ~560ti stuff so not what you want.
 
I do have a asrock a300 that hits all your specs for sale if you are interested. It's not itx though.
