Threadripper 1900X $150 @ Fry's *dead*

Not sure how much of a hot deal this would be considered by some but it is 8 cores, 16 threads and 64 PCI-e lanes for $150 after all.

It's an ok processor. It's on par with the 2700x with higher thermals, a little more of a tedious install.

That's been an ok price for one, but I'd recommend at least the 1920, 2920 or better considering the cost of the mobo. It'd be cheaper to go the 2700x with a good 470 board to achieve the same results.

I will say, the 1900x I have will make a great server eventually

Shows as available for shipping to me. I don't actually want one, but I was able to get as far as the credit card screen with one in my cart.

I was about to buy the last one at a local Fry's in Oxnard, CA a couple weeks back.

Unfortunately I don't need it anymore (As I bought a 2920x during Prime Day).
