No, I meant it as a warning as in "there's a ton of reading coming ahead" since people have been hounding AMD_Robert (Robert Hallock) about it for a week now.
His solution at the bottom - use Windows Balanced with 85% min - seems to be the best way currently. And using most HW monitors will spike the clocks too.
