Is my 12V power supply too low?

Here are the voltages in my sensors. The 12V seems awful low.

Voltage Values:
CPU Core 1.210 V
CPU VID 0.825 V
+3.3 V 3.248 V
+5 V 5.014 V
+12 V 11.837 V (the screenshot shows 11.772V, it fluctuates)
CPU VDD 1.219 V
CPU VDDNB 0.819 V
Battery 26.600 V
Battery Input 120.000 V
GPU Core 0.650 V


Been having wierdness with the PC and was wondering if that could be causing some of my weirdness.

Voltages readings are not everything. That low voltages if real, could be an indication of faulty psu. Although within specs, it's not that good and it should be a little more than 12v anyway.

How old is your PSU?

What Brand / Model is it?
 
-12v has a looser spec at +/-10%, so -13.2 to -10.8 is good. -10.95 is right in that range.

5v is 4.75 to 5.25
3.3v is 3.14-3.46
 
Thanks I was looking for the spec on -12V (known it was looser) however my searches turned up too many posts about +12V rail..
 
4.91 for the 5V rail (and 12V being kind of high) speaks of some kind of uneven load distribution and/or PSU that is group regulated and/or not being the nearly-ideal match for your system.
I've had similar issues before with my old PSU which had its 12V go as high as 12.6V before on my old system, then the 5V as high as 5.4V while 12V was heavily loaded (by modern systems). Now with the new PSU no such issues.

4.91v on the 5v rail does not mean anything like that. 4.91v is perfectly within tolerences and I see units all the time that have a factory set point around there.
 
I always preffer to get as +12 rail stable as possible. It's better for OC to not go down on the 12v rail, so sub 11,6 volts on that is not too good. Almost always fluctuates under load, but if you have a psu that throws 11,6 without load, you'll end up on around 11,4 under load.

It won't if it has decent regulation.
 
In my experience, all good PSU's will drop at least a little it's 12v rail when heavy loaded (700+ w).
Some unit you know that it does not? Intrested... Thanks!

Then you and i have very different definitions of what a good psu is. All quality psus are built to maintain its voltages underload.
