I recently discovered my mother's PC is running Win10 on 4GB of RAM, so until I can do a full upgrade for her, some more RAM should notably increase browsing and streaming performance. Any DDR3 should do, one or two 8GB DIMMs.
 
I have 2 sets of 2X4 modules....no 8s though....PM an offer if interested
 
Not sure if this is applicable to you, but an SSD will do far better than upgrading from 4 to 8GB.
 
I got a G.Skill 8GB Kit (2x4GB) DDR3 1600Mhz. Let me know if you interested. In good working condition. Passed memtest as well.
