Asus RMA- what on earth

ASUS RMA is beast if you have AMD products. They cross shipped me a new board.

When I was doing an RMA for Intel X99 they said pins were skewed or something and gave me a used board that had missing plates and heat sink....then I had to RMA again.

The 5 week down time was ragey.

asus rma's have a habit of suspiciously ending up with bent pins....
It’s why they tell you that you must ship the board back with the little plastic block on there. I have a lot of ASUS products at work and while their Reps are great their grunts leave a fair bit to be desired.

Well let's see if the RMA story changes now that x570 has a dinky little chipset fan and likes to toast bagels crispy.
