I have some older machines,

HP Elite 8200 SFF that needs some discreet video cards for multi monitor setup.
I believe the PSU on these guys are like 180w -230w give or take.

I need something I can plug in passive/active cooling that can drive 2 monitors at full hd
Must support windows 10

Looking at like under $50 a card.

Look on ebay for Dell R7 250 2GB GDDR3 cards such as item 133045993250 at 22 bucks shipped. These can be found with either a standard or a low-profile bracket and run cool and use little power. I have used a lot of these cards, and run one in my personal system where I just completed Metro Exodus @ 720p low settings and had a fine time (I'm an extreme low-budget gamer these days). Has DVI and DisplayPort, and uses newest AMD drivers as it's based on GCN. I overclock to 1100/1100.

thanks guys appreciate the suggestions. strictly office use so I'll probably go with those 710s
biiggest thing will be web videos (youtube/hbogo/netflix/webcast etc..)

Ooh these are interesting too i'll see if i can find a low profile variety.

Another way I find these Dell 2GB R7 250 cards is the ebay search term 109-C55257-01. I found some awhile back that were brand new for 12 bucks each shipped. Make sure you look at cards with the copper heatsink as those will be 2GB R7 250 cards. The black colored cheap looking heatsinks are 1GB cards, but same R7 250 GPU (these black heatsink cards are also known as Radeon 8570s). If 2GB of memory is not important to you, the 8570s would work fine. See item number 264357377237 as an example. These cards are Oland core GCN 1.0 GPUs with 384 cores (28nm).
