Which one should I get for maybe light gaming at 2K and mainly Netflix and streaming tv shows + movies onto a tv or projector?

Neither yet, wait for Navi and decide then.
1050ti too expensive for the performance it delivers so the choice should be 1650 or Navi

You are better off picking up a RX 570 for almost the same price of a GTX 1650, or RX 580 when it sometime goes under 200 bucks.

The only time I probably will recommend a GTX 1650 is if you don't want to use additional power connector, then I can see why people would take the GTX 1650 as you can power it thru the PCIE slot alone. It is the most powerful card at 75 watts.

You can easily get 1050s for sub $100 used. I would do that tbh if you just want to use pcie power. If you can put power to it the 570 is a lot better.

You can get gtx 970 cards for $100 used. I've seen 8gb RX 570 ones new on hot deals for $125 recently.
