I had a three year old Corsair AX 860i fail a couple of weeks ago and opened an RMA with Corsair to start a replacement as it has a ten year warranty. The process could not have been smoother. It took about three weeks start to finish and I received a new AX1500i as a replacement. I sent them proof of purchase and they sent me an RMA. I did pay to ship it, but they paid to ship it back. I chose to send it ground as I went ahead and bought a new PSU since I wanted minimal downtime, but if I had sent it two day or overnight, it would have knocked a week or more off of the turnaround time. I read a number of RMA horror stories so wanted to post one a win that was quick, efficient and ended with my receiving a better unit than I sent it.

I've used corsair RMA several times, every single instance has been quick and painless.

So i sent a headset back. Sent it ground as well as I had already purchased a replacement. Headset was attempted delivery to Corsair RMA by USPS. No Delivery possible. Sent back to post office. When I tried to have it re-delivered I could get no one figure out how to go about that. Well they did send out my replacement finally. Couple of weeks ago guess what shows up a t my door. The original, refused headset.

I also had a good experience. There must be something wrong with the AX860i. Mine was a refurb from Newegg. It failed after 9 months. Got it replaced but the replacement failed after 4 months. This time I asked for an HX1000i which I just got 2 weeks ago. Need to take out my spare and put it in.

I will not buy them...it's junk...CWT/HEC compucase has never made that stellar of a unit dude....

the GXII Pro about the BEST Cheap older unit picked up in a long time...that IS a dual front Big Primaries and Rubycon...and ok secondary and has the pot/trim for the rails.
it is the 420uf suckers...you're not gonna load that sucker down much with modern stuff now too much lol

Had the pump on an H110 AIO (the old original one) go up in smoke. I took it out and popped off the designed-to-be removeable, non-adhered cap on the pump head to take pictures for the support ticket. The next day the ticket was closed with no reason or response, so I called and was informed that by removing the cap (that is meant to be taken off/on) I voided the warranty. I was told the same by multiple people. That was the worst and most baffling support experience I've had and why I will never buy a Corsair branded product again.
