Windows 10 1903 Unleashed to Public

SuperFetch (now known as SysMain) seems to be going nuts with this release. It spikes my CPU and my entire system slows to a crawl. Audio slows down, my cursor stutters, etc... I've disabled it in services, hoping it resolves this. Just sharing in case anybody else experiences something similar.
Honestly ive had zero issues since getting the update to work.....but i had zero issues before as well. I actually like the improved task manager and i think the log in screen is a bit prettier than before. I was getting a slightly lower performance but after reinstalling latest gpu driver and then chipset driver its back to full performance again. (interesting how the latest chipset defaults to balanced power plan vs ryzen one but i cant complain with the results)

HEY EVERYONE with problems with the Nvidia control panel on a cold boot disable Fast Boot in Windows 10 it works just tried it. Someone on the Nvidia forums figured it out props to them.

What's with all Linux talk?
I'm using computers since the 90's, wouldn't poke Linux with a long ass stick. Windows all the way.

Uh oh, now you have went and done it. :D ;) This thread should last about 10 more pages or so now. :D Eh, Linux is fun but, I would no longer bother making it my primary OS, unlike what I used to do around 2007 or so and no, for those that are reading this, I am not limited to 2007 experiences. :)

I think Fastboot is fantastic but, it also causes issues with Wattman settings. The real question is, why have AMD and Nvidia not tried to fix this issue since Fastboot is unchanged from the Windows 8 days, as far as I know.

could be that it's unfixable on their end due to the way fastboot works with caching all the software at it's current state before shutdown/reboot instead of properly closing the applications. or it's a built in fail safe since a bad setting in wattman/afterburner/etc + fastboot being enabled is not fun to deal with.

I think the last part is the most likely scenario. :)
