My waterblock nickel has some discoloration does not impact the performance or stain the water at all. You could clean it but if you are running any type of dyed coolant it wont matter because you will never need it.
The GPU is brand new back from a RMA. My old one was artifacting so I sent in a RMA. This has been tested and had the waterblock installed and not used outside of that.
Comes with retail box and retail heatsink with all screws etc.
