Nice.

Better deal than the 225-250 used 1070s floating around.

I was able to purchase multiple 1070TI yesterday for $265-$250 each on ebay andf then apply my 10% discout voucher

Seems kinda silly to get a non ti for 25$ less

I could have bought a GTX 1080 for $270 the other day but passed on it. All depends what people are willing to sell for. I've also seen 1070s sell for sub $200 quite often.

What's going on causing these sudden massive selloffs of 1000 GPUs? I'm assuming mining cards but all of my annoying crypto friends say bitcoin is going up, I was thinking that would mean prices going up again.

People don't mine bitcoin with GPU. It's been asic only for a while.

Also, NAVI is about to be released...

50/50 further mining collapse and Navi I think. Also, a lot of GPU miners did some combination of Ethereum mining / dual mining algorithms. Ethereum is converting to proof of stake at some point (supposedly this year/soon). In layman’s terms - you can’t GPU mine it anymore once this happens.

Ah ok.. So the era of GPU mining is hopefully over unless some new coin comes to town. I don't follow it or care really minus how much it's changed the GPU market prices.

I'm thinking about selling off my vega 64 + bykski rbg block but it the amount of depreciation to hit that card since I bought it is much more than usual.. Guess sooner is better with prices tanking.
