Is a nvme driver needed for windows 10?

I am doing a new build with a 970 pro nvme boot drive on an msi meg z390 ace motherboard. This my first build with windows 10 as I have resisted upgrading up till this point. Does windows 10 need a boot time loader driver or will it recognize the nvme drive natively? My last build was 5 years ago and a lot has changed since then.

No although you can update/change to the Samsung (instead of Microsoft) driver if you wish

Just use UEFI and you should be golden.
