A bump for you. I've gone through several prior Harmony remotes over the years, but this model (not requiring IR line of sight for the remote and with a battery that lasts for years) is the one I've held onto the longest.
 
Do you have the ac adapter for the hub?

They just run off of micro-USB so any USB port or charger will work. I've got mine plugged into a port on my UPS because that's the best angle for the amp and projector. The MyHarmony app on PC (best/sometimes only way to reprogram specific buttons to functions) doesn't require a direct connection so wherever you place the puck you can leave it there and use/reprogram it fully without needing physical access.
