Fastest way to transfer large files (~10GB) from PC to MacBook?

Tried Windows Migration Assistant over Wi-Fi, moves at a snails pace, ~19mb/s.

The only option I can figure for now without buying removable media is to upload to iCloud Drive, but I have a slow upload speed so this isn't ideal.

Any ideas appreciated!

I have a shared folder on the MBP. And from Windows PC I do: Start --> Run "\\IP-ADDRESS-OF-MBP\Desktop"
