How to properly clean out AIO that has growth?

So I have an Enermax Liqtech TR4 280MM AIO and it has the defect of low biocide and anti-corrosive in the glycol mix. I've already emptied the AIO and am waiting on the Primochill Sysprep and Primochill Liquid Utopia(Biocide and anticorrosive) bottles to arrive, which each bottle says it treats one gallon of water.

Whats going to be the best way to make sure I get the radiator cleaned out as best as possible? I'm going to remove as much as I can from the cold plate since I already have it removed from the block and try and clean out the block as well.

Fill the rad with vinegar and let it soak. Drain it and see what comes out. Do another vinegar flush and drain again... Repeat it until it comes out clean. Then flush it multiple times with distilled water.

yup^^ and use a toothbrush and paste to clean the cold plate. I just posted the GN video of them doing theirs in the TR4 thread.

Toothpaste? I've always just used a vinegar bath + toothbrush for block bases. And when rinsing/flushing, I use boiling distilled water.

yup it will help scrub off any crap without damaging the copper. that works too.

Best way to clean fine finned blocks is with a jet steam cleaner.
I bought one for £15 from Lidl and it is perfect.
Brought my Apogee XT Extreme back to like new.

Take off the rubber gasket and let the block soak in a diluted vinegar solution overnight.
Then using a toothbrush scrub the block with clean dilute vinegar.
Rinse it with clean distilled water.

Do the same with the radiator, run hot water-vinegar through and then rinse with distilled water.

for rads and copper parts ive been using clr for years. it takes less than a 1/2hr and cleans better than anything else youll find. fill the rad full of clr. let it sit for 5 mins shake the hell out of it and drain it. flush it out 2 or 3 times with tap water until the water comes out clean. rinse one more time with distilled water and your set to reinstall it. for copper/aluminum parts its essentially the same process just use a toothbrush to clean the fins after letting it sit.
