GTX 1650 out


Great, that video had all I needed to see.

Doesn't really look all that interesting to me, but I'm probably not in the market for a card like that anyhow.

I guess having no power connector could be pretty compelling for some, or for SFF rigs.

Yeah it's a $100 card that's $50 too expensive. DOA is right.

This is the smallest one I have seen. It also doesn't require a 6-pin and can still clock ok.

I really haven't seen a card get this much negative feedback in a while.

A few articles have mentioned a part number for an ASUS low profile model for both this and a 1650ti (!!) so I'm sure we will be seeing low profile models soon enough. THAT'S what the SFF community wants :)

The main point of interest here for me, was the die size, which comes in around 210 mm2.

This is bigger than GTX 1060 die, while falling below it in performance, so even without RTX HW, Turing is not that die space efficient.
 
Strange conclusion to the Tweaktown review. Especially since almost all the games tested were well below 60 fps.
