Gah I wanna jump on it but SanDisk has been the only ssd ivd had recently that completely gave up the ghost. Tempted though.

I've got some that are 6-7 years old (going back to SATA and newer) with no issues. One dead drive should not discount the brand.

If it had been 2TB for this price I would have bought 10, LOL. PS4, every laptop I own, game drives, ssd caches, etc. $100 for a non Samsung doesn't excite me too much. I mean I paid $48 for Microcenter generic 500gb for my laptop 8-9 months ago, same price ratio.

edit - I just looked at MC again and the 1TB version is $95 right now, so.... meh.
