When playing Diablo3 or Guild Wars2 if the action gets to intense, to many items rendered my card just dies no blue screen direct to reboot. What setting should I change?

I had a similar issue. When I got the same card, it would either throw weird nonsense BSODs or freeze outright. Changed my PSU and it fixed it like Araxie said above.

And in the meantime you should probably cap your fps. I know Diablo 3 has a built in frame limited but RTSS is a good program to use as well.

My PSU is an Antec Truepower Quatro 1000. Normally I would say that should cover it but it is quite old, and it did live through a lightning strike before I upgraded the the MoB and GPU... I will look into a new PSU, any suggestions?

I’m using a Corsair HX 850 with an 8700k at 4.8ghz and a Strix 1080 Ti OC. Seems to get the job done.
