Borderlands: The Handsome Collection 94% OFF on Steam

I'm better enjoying my replay through the presequel, now that it has a level of detail it really needed on day one.

Now I can more easily spot all the roadside treasure boxes, so it's a lot easier this time through. Also, the improved textures on vehicles an d inside Concordia really improve your experience.

I havn't yet loaded Borderlands 1, but I expect that to see a huge improvement.

yeah textures look way better now. FXAA is still useless as balls though.

I am having a problem. How do you use the 4K textures in BL2? Steam says they are downloaded and when you check the DLC menu in the game, says they are downloaded too but the option settings for textures are still low - med - hi . Is this them or is there some menu I need to go through to activate this "mod?"

It's automatic - just select high textures from the same settings menu.

I was confused too, because the Pre Sequel these textures are a lot less of an improvement, so at first I thought nothing was happening. But when I took a closer look at everything around me, it became clearer they were already running

Also, loading BL2 was a lot more obvious. Just the stuff in the main menu rendering in the backgroun is already way clearer, it was clear-as-day to me.

I don't know how you're having confusion about BL2, unless it's been several years since you played it last :D

Thanks you. And yes, it has been probably 2 years since I last played Borderlands 2. Going to start over.
I can run it at 1800p on my 4K screen while getting acceptable frame rates.
