So I patched Anthem with DLSS support and I must say on my 3440x1440 display I was getting around 58 to 75fps with the game on ultra. Game looks great by the way. I activated DLSS in game. Wow was pegging vsync at 100fps avg with gsync on too making it smoother and game looked exactly the same. In the most intense scenes I can see the card chugging at 80fps and that is dlss doing thebextra grunt work. Its 50ish fps or less in those scenes. Anthem is not that great of a game though.
I think DLSS is an amazing feature that should be used in upcoming titles regularly.
As long as nVidia uses thier AI super computing in thier labs to not create skynet I'm not morally objecting to AI creating dlss packages to make gaming better and more immersive hahahaha
I can see one benefit to buying this over priced 2080ti and that is dlss and ray tracing has changed the way games feel for the better. I hope Navi can do hardware ray as well. I would love to own both top tier cards in my house.
