Shadow of the Tomb Raider - Reboots my computer on launch

I can't for the life of me figure out why this is happening.

Here is my system:

Windows 10 Pro (fully up to date). Fresh install as I thought that might help...it didn't...
Ryzen 2700X @ stock settings
2x GTX 1080 Ti @ stock settings
32 GB Corsair LPX 3000 Mhz RAM (running at 2666 for compatibility reasons with Ryzen)
1 TB SanDisk SSD

Based on those specs, I should, in theory, have zero problem running this game. However, every time I launch the game it reboots my computer. There is no bluescreen. Just a straight up reboot. It either happens right at launch (I'd say 80% of the time), and if I can get into the game it'll reboot the computer when clicking on "Continue game" or "New game." In the past I'd be able to get into the game and be playable at least 50% of the time so it was annoying but usable. Now it's a complete wreck and I can't do anything. It seems that the CPU is pegged at 100% right when it crashes. My PC is 100% stable when running anything like Prime95 though so I'm not sure what's going on.

What I've tried:

Switching between DX12 and DX11 seems to have no effect.
Disabling or enabling SLI.
Switching between exclusive full screen or windowed borderless.
Rebuilt my machine from scratch (see above).
Verified my installation of the game.
Installed latest GPU and system drivers.

I'm at a complete loss. Anyone have any other suggestions?

That's a feature not a bug. Its a warning not to waste your time playing the game.
Sorry I could not resist. You seem to have tried most of what I would suggest. Clearly not your first time troubleshooting.

You could review windows event logs and check what happens right before reboot. You will probably find something related to "power". Otherwise l agree with CAD sounds like power supply.

I had a similar problem where Ghost Recon Wildlands was doing that to me and all other games were fine so I just played other games. But then after a while it would happen randomly in other games. It ended up being the power supply.

Same. It was the original The Witcher of all games for me that started it.
