AWE64 Gold II with digital interface card and other goodies.

For some reason I seem to remember those CMS cards as relatively common.

Correct, but in theory, there could have been other cards that used the CMS cards.. but since that one is Creative branded, I really doubt that the CMS card was ever released either.

I know I have seen other cards with the ZORAN chip on them though.
