Finally loafed around and put my order in with the Egg. Saving 35ish over amazon even with a gift card balance. *shrug* Oh well. MSI Ventus is on the way.

Looks wise? I prefer the Gaming X for sure. But I am a bit of an EVGA fanboy, so its Ultra XC for sure. Although I don't love the price, but a 3 slot won't fit in my case or I would just get the cheap evga.Awesome! That MSI Ventus looks the nicest out of all of them.
I am just happy the Ventus is not 10.5" or bigger.
That's what she said!
I thought she said "Bigger is better!" ?
Not true for the Asian cases.
Oddly I just saw there are two entries for the card.
The 229 one I got

.. and a 279 one:
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814137392
Both have the same information and images.. weird. The 229 one I picked up shows an image with CD, registration card, and accessories box.. that the 279 one doesn't.
I guess we'll see what I get.
It's a 113% faster on average than a 960, which is on par with a 1050Ti. Massive upgrade.
No way. The over supply of codes have lowered the value on this bundle.

60 cdn for all three games which is around 45 USD.
Wow! Good price!just installed this on my work computer. so when I need a lil break from work lol
It was $199 so I grabbed it when I was at Microcenter getting the 1TB m.2 drive
If the regular 1660 was priced under $180, I could see it being a RX 580 killer. The 1660 TI is too high $ to be the killer this topic title states.
Nvidia could really put a hurting if they priced these right.. but you know that trait called "greed" is too strong
Aye, just like AMD could have priced the VII a lot cheaper to "kill" the 2080, right?Nvidia could really put a hurting if they priced these right.. but you know that trait called "greed" is too strong
From what I've seen the RX580 goes for about $180~220 depending on the brand and the cheapest GTX1660 is $219. Given the performance difference alone, I still think its far better choice, hence a RX580 killer.
And I used to be an EVGA-only dude, but I've been branching out more.
