In post by an official CD PROJEKT Moderator on their forums, the company re-iterated its promise to "release a second AAA game by 2021." The Polish company started teasing Cyberpunk 2077 way back in 2012, and the game still doesn't have a release window, but just what else the company is working on remains a mystery. Its not clear if the studio has been secretly chipping away at this second project for some time, if its somehow derived from Cyberpunk 2077 or The Witcher (which could reduce development time), or if it's simply smaller-scope AAA release, but the developer hasn't divulged any details about it so far.

"As far as the strategy of the CD PROJEKT Capital Group for 2016-2021 is concerned, its plans to release the second AAA game by 2021 remain unchanged. We are currently focusing on the production and promotion of Cyberpunk, so we do not want to comment on further projects.

If it was any other company I would guess cyberpunk 2077 and then battle royale based of cyberpunk assets lol

It could be related to their previously announced (and publicly funded) multiplayer "research" project. While I don't know the details, I heard that they changed Cyberpunk 2077 to have more of an SP focus.

how about a battle royal based off witcher..

MASSIVE medieval battles

could be fun actually

Could always be a smaller game a la Rockstar's Table Tennis game in the mid 2000's.

I have played fortnite, apex, and pubg; 1, 2, and 4 player, and I still don't get the rabid appeal, fun for 4 hours, boring after.

I never liked Gwent. I really missed Dice Poker in TW3.

I installed the combat evolved mod to make it a better KB/M game. I couldn't get enough of the combat after than and never paid much attention to the other sub-games.

Maybe they are releasing a TCG based off of Witcher’s card game...

Wait for it... The Conjuction of Witchers. Pick your school, take the path, compete and fight for contracts, then complete them. Backstabbing on the side. Best of luck CDPR.
