System Shock 3 Teaser

Didn't see a thread for this, so I'm posting a brief teaser I just saw

I played what was supposed to be a pre-release demo of System Shock 3 (I think) a couple years ago. I was a huge SS fan back in the day so I was excited to play it. But it was rather dull and the game never materialized. Is this by the same guys?
