Not a chance.
A Cell phone can run on 5W or less. A server with a 500W draw will *not* be running 100 VMs.
These are also guaranteed to not be top of the line phones. They need enough CPU to run a webpage well, not to play top-end gaming, etc. They're probably 75-150$ cheapo motorola's or something equivilant. Also, they're buying in significant bulk, so they're probably getting discounts.

I actually do, got a couple stashed away somewhere, it was my favorite MP3 player until I bought a Google Music sub. I'll PM you if I find them (and if they work).
