No idea what to do

Got this as a gift and am completely clueless on upgrading.

I'd start by typing out that painful image into the thread so nobody has to open it and zoom in and increase their brightness to see WTF is going on. Then ask a directed question on "Should I do this THEN this?" instead of a generalized - Nobody else knows either, type of question.

Q9550 is still a decent CPU, its not going to win any awards but should be good for 1080p gaming with a good OC. The best thing IMO you can do for it, is to put a Solid State Drive into it. Upgrade the Video Card to an AMD RX 570-580 or a GTX 980 on the Nvidia side.

Other than that, should be a good PC for office work
