How many USB buses does a motherboard have?

So basically I do a lot of streaming and upgraded my computer in order to have better USB support than my MacBook pro apart from other things, the story here is I tried moving around USB connections all over my motherboard and apparently it only has 1 usb hub. In order to have more I have to buy a PCI card that will provide me space for 1 more camera, due to the amount of bandwidth they consume. I would of thought it had more than one considering it has USB 2.0, USB 3.0 and USB 3.1.

I have an ASUS PRIME Z390-A

Z370 and older boards with USB 3.1 Gen2 have a second hub, since the 10Gbps ports are provided by an Asmedia chipset connected over PCIe. However, keep in mind on the consumer platforms, everything except the x16 graphics slot(s) is connected to the chipset lanes, which share a single x4 upstream connection to the CPU - depending on how hard you stress the I/O you might run into issues.

I'm just running two Logitech C922x and it's a pain to have them both working properly on Wirecast sometimes because the USB hub gets overloaded according to the errors reported by Wirecast, it asks to change to a different USB bus.

If the C922x outputs uncompressed video, two of them will overload the hub, but if there is any sort of compression (even MJPEG), the hub should have enough theoretical bandwidth to handle them.
