Quick question about "playback configuration" setting.....(Pic uploaded to show)

I just have a simple and quick question about where to set this option as im unsure... Ive listened to all, and they all sound very similiar, but took a quick pic, and wanted to show you this option and your help with what adjustment I should set it too. Thank you

Not sure if someone answered you yet by PM but 24 bit 96 kHz is what I use as a default for my various soundcards. If the DACs I use can handle the signal, I will bump up to 192.
