9900k board. Simple needs

So I am looking for a board for my 9900k I just purchased.

My specs
9900k
32 gb ram (2x16)
GTX1060 6gb
(1) 860 Evo 500gb sata
(1) m.2 970 Evo 1tb
(2) 4TB WD Black Drives (data storage)
Nocua DS-15

I would love USB 3.1 gen2 for external hds.

I will go with the mildest overclock that is super easy to obtain. I don't want to push the temps too high, so whatever can get me a decent OC and not worry about longevity.

I bought the AsRock Extreme4 z390 but the warranty on it worries me with 1 year and having to send it back to India and be without a pc for who knows how long.

Any thoughts on what would be the best bet?

ASUS Maximus Hero is a popular choice, although it is on the expensive side. Still worth it, considering the slow progress in CPU tech and the approaching limits of Moore's Law. At least here in Europe, ASUS offers a 3-year warranty.

My current motherboard is a Maximus Hero from the Haswell era. Despite showing its age a bit, It has served me well for 4 years already, along with my i7-4770K @ 4.4 GHz. I will definitely buy its successor (or the equivalent Crosshair on the AM4 platform) when I will upgrade next (probably next year).

I went with the Aorus Master after seeing the VRM Temperatures from Asus. Asus skimped on the VRMs for the z390 series, excepting the extreme. The Aorus Master with XMP on clocks the 9900k to 4.7ghz automatically. And my cpu maxs out at 4.9ghz.

Most manufacturers do the auto all core oc now, and the chips are already running at almost max. If all you want is a mild oc. I would just "make sure" to put in 2666mhz memory to keep your warranty, turn on XMP, and call it a day.

And I would recommend water cooling, at least a decent AIO water cooler.

That would be a stable, near max overclock, and all you have to do is hit 1 button in bios.

GIGABYTE Z390 AORUS MASTER or AsRock Z390 Taichi, either will be a great choce for a 9900k.
