Ah well, it was worth a shot.

Title states "New", but item is actually "Used". Store front was just opened with a name of "sdjkjsdfk" and almost all reviews are as a buyer and are almost all a year old. Probably hacked account, spam selling items that don't exist.

Gave it a shot and paid with PP. Let's see what happens, could be interesting.

Neat, there was a $5 coupon on the top of the page for me too :p $27 is worth the shot since it's through my CC via Paypal :)

nothing ventured, nothing gained. dammit, I'm in for the ride. I picked up a 1st gen xbox 360 250gb hdd on one of these "deals" back in the day so you never know.

In for 1. Subscribing to the thread so I am reminded when I forget about this purchase. Getting nothing will be easy to handle the refund, hard part will be getting refunded if they send something counterfeit or not-equivalent.

Looks like I nailed it.

How does this work for people who have been through this before, do I just wait for the charge to drop off or do I need to contact ebay or paypal?
